Who can benefit from this site?

This site is primarily for professionals in front-office Wall Street roles. It is also for anyone interested in getting into front-office positions inside or relating to Wall Street. We find job postings for front-office professionals in the following areas: investment banking, hedge fund, private equity, venture capital, sales & trading, equity and fixed income research.

What level of seniority?

We will generally look for jobs that fit the analyst and associate levels. Don't worry, we understand the nuances of job titles in the different areas. For example, an investment banking analyst is a fairly junior person while a hedge fund analyst can be someone junior or senior. This is one example of why keyword searches don't work. The only way to be thorough is to read through each posting, and we'll do that for you.

How do you decide whether a job is one that I will consider?

We understand the nuances of the above mentioned areas of Wall Street. For example, we know that someone in investment banking will likely consider a corporate development role in a firm funded by a venture capital firm, but that person will not likely consider a business development position that's very sales oriented. We also know that someone in a hedge fund will likely consider other positions of the same caliber in asset management, but that person will not likely consider advisory roles serving retail investors. The only way to distinguish among these postings is to read through them. Keyword searches simply don't work. We read each posting and only send you the jobs that fit you.
